About the item:
Typical example of Scandinavian modern design. In particular Swedish design set itself apart from Danish design in bigger, more rugged, thicker use of wood.
As well, the combination of leather and wood is a classic combination.
Later, other manufacturers such as IKEA, copied this design into their own pieces.
Ake Fribytter designed these items in the 70s for Nelo Mobel in Sweden.
These examples feature a black oak wood frame with natural black leather.
The original markings are present on the chair, proving its authenticity.
About its condition:
In very good condition overall, with some minor wear on the frame and leather.
