About the item
Set of sleek and sober yet very well crafted dining chairs in elm wood by Ate van Apeldoorn for Houtwerk Hattem.
The chairs feature a very square elm frame with round shaped feet and a double slatted backrest. The seat is made out of a cut to shape natural brown leather patch and has been wrapped and fixed under the seat with a cord system, much like Pierre Chapo.
The chairs are very light yet very solid built.
About its condition
The chairs are in good condition. The frames have some patina but are fully solid. The leather has some traces of use.
