About the item
Sober and minimalist Dutch design yet a very recognizable design by Martin Visser. Designed for t’ Spectrum in 1960, it still looks contemporary by modern standards.
The tripod foot has a parallel design where the tripod shape is noticeable on both ends of the foot. This provides for an interesting look and almost seems to provide a floating look for the top. The foot is created out of heavy metal, the central part being chromed. The feet themselves have been painted black.
The table features a green marble round top of 100 cm diameter. The original black multiplex top in 140 cm comes with the table.
About its condition
The feet have been newly powdercoated. The marble top is in good condition. The original multiplex top has staining.
