About the item 

Functional and elegant lounge sofa/daybed model GS195 designed by Gianni Songia for Sormani, Italy 1963. This Italian sofa has a sculptural rosewood frame and very nice black leather cushions and seating. The hidden legs and high back rest creates an airless flair for this sofa.

With one slide the sofa is converted into a daybed. The ease of use in combination with the keen design really makes this daybed into a design classic.

About the condition 

The sofa is in very good condition as the rosewood is refinished and the black leather is (partly) new upholstered in black leather.
